* Student card or a certificate signed by the Head of Department has to be mailed or faxed to the Conference Secretariat.
The Registration fee for IWA Member and Non Member includes the following:

Regular online registration will be closed after August 31st, 2007. All registrations received after this date will be handled on-site.

Please note that the early registration fee is only applicable, if it has been credited to the congress account before/on June 10, 2007.
Confirmation
A confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be sent to each registrant. Participants are kindly asked to bring the confirmation letter to the registration desk at the Conference Venue.
Changes/Cancellations
All requests for cancellation have to be made in writing to the Registration and Housing Office Austropa Interconvention. The participants who cancel before August 10th, 2007 will receive a 80 % refund after the end of the Conference. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after August 10th, 2007 or for services not taken.
Certificate of Attendance will be included with the Conference documents.
Insurance/Liability
Neither IWA nor the conference organizer nor Austropa Interconvention can be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident to private property or additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or changed in air, rail, sea, road or other services, strikes, sickness, weather, acts of terrorism and any other cause. All participants are encouraged to male their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
